I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow. As of now, as far as I know, planes in Seattle are grounded because of the extremely heavy snow. I really hope my flight isn't cancelled.

Christmas break is almost within arms reach....

Finals, starting tomorrow. Oi.

My school has new administrators this year. All of them are new except for one - even the principal is new. And I really dislike them.

"Due to lack of students’ urgency to get to class on time, the administration is implementing random Tardy Sweeps."

This was in the newsletter. I just hate the way they phrased it. "Due to lack of students' urgency" I know it's necessary to say it so formally since the newsletter is for parents, but it still annoyed me because phrasing it that way makes them sound mature and caring to the students when it's all just crap. Mr. Tenorio just wants to be really strict, thus being a "GOOD" assistant principal of discipline.

Then there's the worst one of all, Mrs. Kennedy. Not only does she look like the slug lady from Monsters Inc. or how I imagined Professor Umbridge from Harry Potter to look like, she is also a noob at her job. First screwing up everyone's schedules for this year, and today I just found out that there will be no second semester schedule changes. Thank GOD that didn't occur last year, or I'd have been stuck in Calculus. The reason is that "Leland courses are year-round" (that's what it says on the paper). I say she just doesn't want to handle schedule changes because the first semester was a nightmare.



They are such bullshit.

Annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is tonight! Can't wait! Too bad it's only one hour on tv...The above picture is from their 2005 show, which was also Tyra Banks's last appearance on the runway. That's Heidi Klum and her husband Seal. He was singing (as he always does) and she was the first to come out for that particular segment. :)

This is a drawing that I started last year and I never got around to finishing it until yesterday. Hahaha. I finished everything but her clothes last year. So yesterday I finished sketching her outfit, but I lost my reference sheet so I had to make it up. Hopefully I did a good job. And I swear her hair on the left side is supposed to be that way (I sketched in the clothes already when I still had the sheet), even though it looks funky. Ew, and I swear there are shadows and stuff on her face too; in the photo it looks like I didnt shade anything in...but I did!

We're reading The Stranger in English. I hate it. Not to be pessimistic or anything; it just reminds me of Great Gatsby, which I also hated. It's written in the same style. A bunch of simple sentences, which makes for very dull reading. And all the characters are severely flawed, and I just want to punch them all in the face. Maybe somebody gets run over by a yellow convertible in this book too.

Yay it's December!

Once again, Hicks has moved on while there remain roughly eight people (I think) that still have to present straight photography. Haha, oh well.

I need to go Christmas shopping soon.

Oh, and Disney stars have GOT to stop taking over the world.
